We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Carpentry Division Project Manager/Estimator to lead our carpentry projects from initial estimate through successful completion.

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Carpentry Division Project
Manager/Estimator to lead our carpentry projects from initial estimate through
successful completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex
infrastructure projects, coordinate construction schedules, and oversee project teams.
The ideal candidate will bring construction expertise, strong leadership skills, and a
passion for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
-Meet directly with homeowners and prepare accurate carpentry estimates.
-Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery of
carpentry projects.
-Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost management
strategies to maximize profitability.
-Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
and building codes.
-Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate
smooth project execution.
-Utilize project management tools such as Pipedrive & Buildertrend
-Order specialty materials ahead of the project start date.
Requirements
-Minimum 5 years bags on carpentry experience - REQUIRED
-Carpentry project managing and estimating experience - REQUIRED
-Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory
compliance requirements.
-Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a construction management
role.
-Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
effectively.
-Strong communication skills for effective project coordination and client
interactions.

to help maintain and beautify homes all throughout the Seattle area! We pride ourselves
in providing high-quality sustainable service at a fair price.
We’re hiring a Residential Paint Estimator to sell and oversee residential and light
commercial painting projects from start to finish. This role will be responsible for
estimating interior and exterior painting projects. As well as coordinating with internal
teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
You’ll balance office coordination with regular estimates to serve as the primary point of
accountability for project execution.
Responsibilities:
-Meet with homeowners to estimate interior and exterior painting projects.
-Project hand off to project managers to ensure all details of the projects are
communicated.
-Act as the main point of contact for clients during the sales process - answering
calls, emails, and text messages.
-Maintain quality control and lead the customer’s experience - ensuring they are
exceptionally satisfied.
-Light carpentry repair estimating (minor trim, deck repair, rot repair, etc.)
Qualifications:
-5-10 years minimum experience as a professional house painter
-2+ years of construction or paint sales experience required.
-2+ years of previous management experience in painting or construction
required.
-Strong organization and communication skills.
-Comfortable organizing weekly/monthly calendar to ensure efficient processes
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Problem solving and customer relation skills

crews to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

-Schedule upcoming projects and keep customer updated on their project start
date.
-Meet with homeowners for initial walk throughs with the crew lead to review the
full scope of work before we begin.
-Manage current projects to ensure field crews are on track to complete projects
on time and to quality standards.
-Meet with homeowners for the final walk through to ensure they are satisfied with
the finished project.
-Facilitate and confirm change orders with customers when they request
additional work or adjust the current scope.
-Act as the main point of contact for clients during the project - answering calls,
emails, and text messages.
-Maintain quality control and lead the customer’s experience - ensuring they are
exceptionally satisfied.
Qualifications:
-5-10 years minimum experience as a professional house painter
