Our Windows & Doors Process

1

On-Site Consultation

One of our experienced estimators will visit your home to evaluate the existing conditions, discuss your goals, and walk you through available options. We’ll help identify the best materials for your home, note any repairs that may be needed, and work with our trusted vendor partners to recommend the right products for your project.

2

Installation

Our team carefully prepares the new or existing opening, completes the installation, and ensures everything is properly integrated with the surrounding structure. If needed, we also address siding, trim, and exterior wrap details to create a weather-tight, well-finished result.

3

Final Touches

Once installation is complete, we handle the finishing work—including prep, priming, caulking, and painting or clear coating as needed. Our goal is simple: a finished product that looks seamless, performs beautifully, and feels like it was always meant to be there.

What Our Clients Are Saying

Don't just take our word for it - see what our clients have to say about their experience working with us.

Very good process from start to finish - protected everything, cleaned up appropriately each day, then did a final touchup and clean up that left me searching for something to find wrong.

The entire staff at Phinney Ridge was responsible, always on time, very good at communicating what needed to be done and what they were going to do, and generally very professional to deal with.

Phinney Ridge did a great job on our home. They offered a color consultation with their service (which was a huge benefit to us and avoided a potential mistake on color).

Phinney Ridge Painting did an amazing job on my home. Our 1961 home had not been painted in decades and after a lot of professionally executed hard work, it looks brand new.
