Yes, we can work alongside your homeowner's insurance claim. We provide detailed written estimates that you can submit to your insurer. While we don't deal directly with adjusters, we'll make sure you have the documentation you need.
Yes. Before any repair work begins, the source of the moisture must be identified and resolved. If water is still actively leaking or the area hasn't fully dried, repairs won't hold. We're happy to advise you on next steps and coordinate timing once the issue is addressed.

Project timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the job, as well as product availability. Once ordered, standard windows may take approximately 3–5 weeks for delivery, while custom windows can often take 8–12 weeks. We recommend reaching out early to help with scheduling and lead times.
