Celebrating Community: Phinney Ridge Painting at Ballard and Fremont Events

At Phinney Ridge Painting, we believe that building strong connections goes far beyond the homes we paint—it’s about being part of the neighborhoods we serve. This October, our team had the pleasure of joining two incredible community celebrations that brought together families, creativity, and plenty of festive fun!

Día de los Muertos in Old Ballard

On October 25th, we were proud to be a main sponsor of the annual Día de los Muertos celebration in Old Ballard. The event ran from 5:30–8:30 p.m. and was filled with vibrant colors, music, and community spirit as families gathered to honor this meaningful cultural tradition.

Our team joined in the festivities as one of the event’s official face painters, helping kids (and plenty of adults!) transform into skulls, spirits, and works of art inspired by this beautiful celebration of remembrance. It was an incredible night of art, laughter, and connection—one that reminded us just how special Seattle’s neighborhood traditions are.

Fremont Trick or Treat

A few days later, on October 31st, we headed to downtown Fremont for the annual Fremont Trick or Treat event. From 3–6 p.m., our team handed out glow wands and lots of candy to excited trick-or-treaters making their way through the neighborhood. The energy was infectious—costumes, smiles, and laughter everywhere you looked!

Supporting the Communities That Support Us

Events like these are exactly why we love what we do. Whether it’s sponsoring a neighborhood celebration, volunteering our time, or brightening up homes across Seattle, we’re proud to invest in the communities that have supported Phinney Ridge Painting for years.

We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by to say hello, grab a glow wand, or get their face painted—we can’t wait to do it again next year!
